A Journey Rooted in Kogi State

Dantalle was born in Anyigba, Kogi State, in 1971, into the family of the late Alhaji Mamman Dantelle, an industrialist.

His family traces its origins to Bunkure in Kano State and, according to his biography, has maintained a presence in Kogi State for nearly 200 years, with interests in commerce, agriculture, industry and politics.

He attended Community Commercial Secondary School in Anyigba before proceeding to Bayero University, Kano, where he obtained an honours degree in Sociology in 2002.

Business and Agricultural Development

Dantalle’s business activities span the oil and gas industry and agriculture. His agro-industrial interests include a palm oil refinery in Anyigba and a palm plantation reportedly covering more than 10,000 acres.

The investment forms part of his efforts to participate in agricultural production and the development of the palm oil sector in Kogi State.

Political Experience

His political involvement includes participation in the formation of the APM and service in the Inter-Party Advisory Council, where he served as Secretary before becoming Chairman.

These roles placed him within broader engagements involving political parties, inter-party relations and democratic participation.

Dantalle is also associated with philanthropic activities focused on supporting people and contributing to community welfare.

Married with children, he continues to combine his family life with business, politics and philanthropy.
