Alliance of North Central Youth Endorses Tinubu’s Policies, Urges Massive Support for 2027 Re-election
The Alliance of North Central Youth (ANCY) has thrown its support behind the policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing his administration’s economic reforms and developmental initiatives as critical steps toward building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
The group also called on youths across the North Central geopolitical zone and the country at large to unite behind the President and support his re-election bid in the 2027 presidential election.
In a statement issued by the Deputy National Coordinator of the alliance, ANCY expressed confidence that a second term for President Tinubu would consolidate the gains of his administration and enable Nigeria to move “from renewed hope to fulfillment.”
According to the youth group, the President’s policy direction is laying the foundation for long-term economic stability, national development, and inclusive growth.
The alliance praised several flagship policies introduced by the Tinubu administration, noting that they are already repositioning the Nigerian economy despite initial implementation challenges.
Among the initiatives highlighted were:
Removal of the fuel subsidy
Unification of the foreign exchange market
Ongoing tax reform agenda
Massive investment in road and highway infrastructure
Student loan programme
Conditional cash transfers for vulnerable households
Other social intervention programmes aimed at reducing poverty and improving livelihoods
According to ANCY, these reforms demonstrate the administration’s commitment to addressing longstanding economic challenges while creating opportunities for sustainable national growth.
The group appealed to young Nigerians to actively support President Tinubu’s vision by mobilising for his re-election in 2027.

The alliance further stated that the administration’s programmes are designed to empower young people, improve access to education, expand infrastructure, and stimulate job creation across the country.
The endorsement by the Alliance of North Central Youth is expected to add momentum to growing political support for President Tinubu ahead of the next general elections.
The group believe youth organisations will continue to play a significant role in shaping public discourse as political parties and stakeholders begin consultations and strategic alignments ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
