According to the supporters, Balarabe Abdullahi’s early months in office were marked by donations of operational vehicles, motorcycles and boreholes aimed at strengthening political structures and improving access to potable water.

The document also outlines annual empowerment programmes involving scholarships, transportation support, women empowerment, educational infrastructure and social welfare initiatives.

Supporters further credited him with facilitating major infrastructure projects, including the reconstruction of the Toto–Umaisha road, installation of transformers and construction of classroom blocks in several communities.

On security, they pointed to his role in facilitating the establishment of the Mobile Police Command in Toto, while on governance they highlighted his contribution to the creation of the Ogye Chiefdom, which restored traditional authority within the area.

The response equally claimed that more than 345 employment opportunities were facilitated during his tenure across the civil service, education, healthcare and security sectors.
