Kogi East APC Senatorial Candidate. Ameh Erico Celebrates Son’s Call to Nigerian Bar

The Kogi East Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Joseph Ameh Erico, PhD, has celebrated the successful Call to the Nigerian Bar of his son, Barrister Ameh Joseph Anone Erico, describing the achievement as a moment of pride and a testament to God’s faithfulness.
The colourful ceremony, held on July 7, 2026, attracted family members, friends, political associates, traditional rulers, government officials, professional colleagues and well-wishers who gathered to witness the formal admission of the young lawyer as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria after successfully completing the requirements of the Nigerian Law School.
Speaking at the celebration, Chief Erico expressed gratitude to God for granting his son the grace to complete his legal education and attain the milestone.
He described the achievement as a blessing not only to the Erico family but also to everyone who had supported the young lawyer throughout his academic journey.
The APC senatorial candidate also appreciated the traditional rulers, public office holders, political associates, friends, supporters and family members who attended the event, saying their presence, prayers and goodwill added colour and significance to the occasion.
According to him, the overwhelming show of love and solidarity reflects the enduring relationships he has built over the years and inspires him to continue serving humanity with humility, integrity and dedication.
Chief Erico prayed for God’s guidance, wisdom and protection upon the newly called lawyer as he begins his legal career, expressing confidence that he would uphold the ethics of the legal profession and contribute meaningfully to the promotion of justice and national development.
