The Chief Press Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, has congratulated the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Prof. Emmanuel Ufuofu-Biri, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
Ahon, in a congratulatory message, described Prof. Ufuofu-Biri as a distinguished academic and administrator whose commitment to academic excellence, institutional development and human capital advancement had contributed significantly to the growth of the institution.
The Governor’s spokesman commended the Rector for providing purposeful leadership at the polytechnic, noting that his wealth of experience, dedication and administrative capacity had helped strengthen the institution and promote its stability.

According to Ahon, Ufuofu-Biri’s birthday offers an opportunity to celebrate not only his personal milestone but also his contributions to the development of education and human capital in Delta State.
He expressed confidence that the Rector would continue to deploy his knowledge, experience and expertise towards further advancing the Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, and contributing to the overall development of the state.
Ahon wished Prof. Ufuofu-Biri many more years of good health, wisdom, fulfilment and impactful service, praying that God would continue to bless him and grant him greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
