As Nigeria marks her 66th Independence Anniversary, the Founder of Sabua Care Foundation, Dr. Sabua Isah, has called on well-to-do individuals in the society to remember the less privileged and give them helping hands.

Dr. Sabua who is the Ebule Attah Igala USA, in her October 1st Goodwill Message to Nigerians, noted that the true meaning of independence will only be felt when the upper class genuinely shows love and compassion for the have-nots, noting through such gesture, hope will be given to the hopeless.

“At 66, Nigeria has come of age. We must not only celebrate the flag, but also celebrate each other by showing love, giving hope, and lifting those who have nothing. In whatever way we can, let’s support each other to grow and achieve our dreams”, she stressed.

The humanitarian, while felicitating with Nigerians both at home and in the diaspora, commended the nation for staying united despite challenges faced in the past 66 years.
