NANS ZONE B Reaffirms Unwavering Support for NYCN Edo State Leadership

Edo State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), His Youthfulness, Comr. Moses Agwenide Joseph has been commended for his relentless advocacy against drug abuse, cultism, and other social vices which have long undermined the future of some youth and the stability of various communities in the State.

The Coordinator, National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) ZONE B (SOUTH – SOUTH), Comrade Osagie Bright Nosa, gave the commendation in a Press Statement he personally signed and made available to Journalists.

Comr. Osagie pointed out that the State NYCN Chairman’s steadfast resolve in championing these critical causes and his dedication towards the SHINE AGENDA of His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, Executive Governor of Edo State reflects the kind of leadership that the society urgently needs.

“The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) ZONE B (SOUTH – SOUTH), under the able leadership of Comrade Osagie Bright Nosa, hereby reaffirms its full support and commitment to the Executive Council of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Edo State Chapter

“This endorsement is anchored on the innovative and youth-focused leadership of the State Chairman, His Youthfulness, Comrade Moses Agwenide Joseph, whose tenure has continued to inspire a new generation of purposeful and responsible young leaders

“Furthermore, we applaud Comrade Moses Agwenide Joseph for promoting youth-centred initiatives, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship development and youth empowerment. These programs are not only equipping young people with practical skills but are also creating sustainable pathways to economic independence and national development”, the statement read.

As a student body, NANS ZONE B (SOUTH – SOUTH) promised to remain resolute in its partnership with the NYCN Edo State Chapter to advance the collective interests of Nigerian youth.

The Association called on critical stakeholders including government, civil society and well-meaning individuals to join hands in building a drug-free, violence-free and economically vibrant youth population in Edo State and Nigeria at large.
