An Adavi Constituency House of Assembly hopeful, Hon. Khadijat Obaro Siyaka (KOS) has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful as they mark the 2026 Eid al-Fitr celebration.
Hon. Khadijat in a Felicitation Message, described the festival as a moment of gratitude, reflection and renewed commitment to serving Allah, lauding the devotion, charity and self-discipline exhibited throughout Ramadan.
While explaining that the values exhibited during the Ramadan enriches the social fabric of Adavi, the aspirant said the spirit of the season should transcend religious lines, urging residents to embrace unity and mutual respect as the cornerstone of development in the Constituency.
Hon. KOS stressed that peaceful coexistence among people of diverse beliefs creates the enabling environment needed for progress, and called on families to use the celebration to deepen bonds of friendship and neighbourliness.

Turning to community priorities, she emphasized the role of women and youths in driving positive change, encouraging constituents to channel the lessons of Ramadan—compassion, restraint and generosity—into practical actions such as supporting vulnerable households, promoting school retention, and engaging in clean-up and sanitation drives across wards.
The female aspirant noted that sustainable development depends on collaboration, urging stakeholders to work together on skills acquisition programmes, small business support and primary healthcare outreach that directly impact everyday lives in Adavi.
Hon. Khadijat wished Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid al-fitr celebration, praying for continued harmony in the constituency and across Kogi State even as she reaffirmed her commitment to people-focused representation with her ambition being anchored on service, and accessibility to Constituents.
