The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Delta State House of Assembly, Isoko North Constituency, Engr. Orobosa Uzuazomaro Ashakah, has paid tribute to former Delta State Governor Chief James Onanefe Ibori on his 68th birthday, praising his lasting contributions to the state’s development and leadership.
