Nasarawa Youth Leaders Mark International Youth Day with Senator Aliyu Wadada
….As Nasarawa West Senator Donates ₦5million, Vehicle in support of Youth Empowerment
The Coalition of Youth Leaders, under the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Nasarawa State Chapter, led by its State Chairman, Comrade Muhammad Ja’afar Loko has organized a Youth Stakeholders’ Engagement with Senator Aliyu Ahmad Wadada, who represents Nasarawa West Senatorial District in the senate and All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial aspirant for Nasarawa State as it’s special guest of honour.

The event was part of the activities celebrating the 2025 International Youth Day in Nasarawa.
The interactive session created an opportunity for youth leaders from across Nasarawa State to engage directly with Senator Wadada on youth issues, governance, and future leadership.
During the engagement, Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada disclosed his intention to run for governor, highlighting his record of effective representation, people-centered projects, and dedication to youth development as key reasons for his aspiration.

He said he has consistently shown strong support and commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable development in Nasarawa State.
Wadada expressed belief in the capacity of young people to drive sustainable development and has taken tangible actions to support this cause.
The Nasarawa West Senator donated a brand-new vehicle to the Nasarawa State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) to enhance their mobility and organizational efficiency.
In addition to this, he announced a cash donation of Five Million Naira (₦5,000,000) aimed at supporting youth empowerment initiatives and strengthening the operational capacity of youth organizations in the state.

Senator Wadada said the donation was part of efforts to empower young people through various programs including scholarships, small business support, and community development projects.
According to him, his work emphasizes peace, unity, and grassroots engagement as crucial elements for sustainable progress and youth-led development in Nasarawa State
In a lead of appreciation, Comrade Muhammad Ja’afar Loko, the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), has on behalf of the youth coalition thanked Senator Aliyu Wadada for his inclusive leadership and fatherly support.
Ja’afar Loko described the event as a milestone engagement between the youth constituency and political leadership, adding that it’s a shared vision for inclusive governance, youth participation, and a more prosperous Nasarawa State that we all envisage.
