Kokona LG Chairman Marks One Year in Office with Hospital Visits

The Chairman of Kokona Local Government Area, Agbawu Mek Agbawu, has reaffirmed his commitment to providing healthcare services to the people of the local government.
He stated this during his visit to some primary health care centres in som electoral wards to mark his one year in office, recently.
To demonstrate his dedication, Agbawu Mek Agbawu, Chairman of Kokona Local Government Area, marked his one-year anniversary in office by visiting several primary health care centers in various electoral wards.
During the visit, Agbawu was accompanied by members of the Kokona legislative council, directors, and other appointees where his first stop was the orphanage home at Angwan Jarme, where he presented food items to the orphans as part of his efforts to alleviate their plight.
Agbawu’s visit to the primary health care centers in Kokona, Kofan Gwari, Agwada, Garaku, and Apawu Kana was aimed at assessing the healthcare needs of the people and identifying areas for improvement.
During the visits, he exchanged pleasantries with patients and presented money to settle their medical bills, bringing much-needed relief to those in need.
Some of the representatives of the primary health care visited said the chairman’s commitment to improving healthcare services in Kokona Local Government Area is evident in his actions by visiting primary health care centers and providing support to patients,

In addition to visiting primary health care centers, Agbawu also visited a reformed nomadic academy at Gudindi in Sabon Gida and presented food items to the pupils, stating that this gesture would enable them to focus on their studies without worrying about their basic needs.
The pupils were grateful for the chairman’s kindness, and their teachers reported that the gesture would have a positive impact on their academic performance.
Agbawu’s efforts to improve healthcare services and support vulnerable populations in Kokona Local Government Area are commendable.
