Hon Ejiga Monday, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Grassroots Sensitisation to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo. Since his appointment, he has been actively visiting grassroots communities to sensitize the people about the current realities relating to the present administration.
He emphasized the importance of communicating the ongoing transformation under this administration, especially in the context of combating misinformation and disinformation which have become widespread.
His role is to ensure that the people at the grassroots level receive accurate information about the administration’s efforts and developments
Monday noted that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration is widely recognized for its dedication and commitment to transformative development.
According to him, the government has prioritized people-oriented initiatives that cover various sectors including infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, rural electrification, water supply, security, and women empowerment.
“These efforts aim to improve livelihoods, especially in rural and underserved communities, with significant investments in road construction, electrification, hospitals, and skill training for youths. Institutional reforms, such as revitalizing local government services, enhance governance at the grassroots level.”
The administration’s strategic partnerships with federal agencies and international bodies further strengthen economic empowerment and sustainable development in the state.
Speaking on 2027, he said Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu second term bid is sealed and advised potential aspirants not to waste their resources.
