Kogi education secretaries back APC administration
The Forum of Education Secretaries across Kogi State’s 21 Local Government Areas has pledged unwavering loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The endorsement was announced through a statement signed by Comrade Hassan Jonathan, the state wing Publicity Secretary of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) in Lokoja, highlights the forum’s commitment to providing maximum support.
They specifically praised Governor Ododo and his Deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo, a former NUT representative as competent leaders aligned with educators’ interests.
The Statement assured of the full backing of the second term ambition of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo by the Forum haven considered his positive disposition towards the plight of workers and pensioners.
It also pledged her support to the newly elected NUT chairman, Comrade Ayoola Abayomi and wished him a successful tenure.
