The Isoko National Youth Assembly (INYA) Worldwide has congratulated Professor Samuel Ovuete Aghalino on his appointment as the Vice Chancellor of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, describing the development as a well-deserved recognition of academic excellence and leadership.
