Delta Works Commissioner Celebrates Retiring Permanent Secretary, Juliet Aboloje, at 60

Delta State Commissioner for Works (Highways and Urban Roads), Comrade Reuben Izeze, on Monday paid glowing tribute to the retiring Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Engr. Dr. Juliet Aboloje, as she attained the age of 60 and formally bowed out of the Delta State Civil Service.

The commissioner joined members of the engineering family in the state during a ceremonial pull-out parade organised in her honour to mark the end of a distinguished public service career spanning over three decades.

In a message shared on his verified Facebook page, Izeze described Engr. Dr. Aboloje as an exceptional professional, mentor and administrator whose impact on the Ministry of Works and the engineering profession in Delta State would remain enduring.

He lauded her as a woman of integrity, intellectual depth and administrative excellence, noting that her leadership style and commitment to duty significantly contributed to the effective delivery of infrastructure projects across the state.
According to him, the retired Permanent Secretary distinguished herself through uncommon dedication, professionalism and mentorship, earning her widespread respect within and beyond the ministry.

Izeze further praised her personal qualities, describing her as dynamic, principled and graceful, while wishing her continued fulfilment and divine guidance as she begins a new chapter of life after public service.

Engr. Mrs. Juliet Chukwulozie Awunor Aboloje served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Highways and Urban Roads, Asaba, until her retirement.

Her 60th birthday coincided with her exit from service, a milestone celebrated by colleagues, associates and well-wishers across the state.
