Committed to seeing to the increase of voters in Igbaruku, and Elder statesman Chief Richard Asaje, was again present at the Day 2 of the ongoing Voters Registeration by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in the Area.
At the Unit 004, Ita Oba Okelero, Igbaruku Oke-eri, in Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State, Officials of INEC were prompt to duty as the people of the Community were also out in their numbers to get registered.
Chief Asaje expressed happiness over the peaceful and coordinated process, noting that the people have shown their readiness for the battles ahead through their willingness to get registered.
Chief Asaje pointed out that PVC remains the only potent weapon that will serve as the people’s voice, urging them to sustain the tempo of getting it done through the opening given by the electoral umpire.
Going into 2027 elections, the Founder and National Coordinator of the Like Minds Alliance Pressure Group enjoined the people to vote for credible Leaders whose past antecedents speaks volumes, stressing that the days of having leaders with no prior track records were over.
