Ex-Delta Works Commissioner, Ugbomah, Felicitates Chief Onoriode on Birth Anniversary
Former Delta State Commissioner for Works, Dr. Omordi George Ugbomah, has extended warm congratulations to the Director of Protocol to the Governor of Delta State, Chief Sunday Onoriode, on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
In a goodwill message, Dr. Ugbomah described Chief Onoriode as a disciplined administrator and consummate public servant whose professionalism, discretion and strategic coordination have continued to strengthen the machinery of government in the state.

Ugbomah, who also served as Commissioner for Environment, noted that Chief Onoriode’s calm disposition, loyalty and unwavering dedication to duty have consistently upheld the dignity and prestige of Delta State in official engagements within and outside the country.
Drawing from his wealth of experience in governance and academia, the former Commissioner, a distinguished scholar and former Chairman of the Governing Council of Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, commended the celebrant’s steadfast commitment to excellence, order and service.
He remarked that Chief Onoriode’s meticulous handling of protocol matters and his deep understanding of governmental processes have made him an indispensable figure in the smooth coordination of high-level state functions.
As Chief Sunday Onoriode marks another year, Dr. Ugbomah wished him renewed strength, sound health and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
