The commissioner praised Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori for her steadfast support to her husband, the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Orowhedor Oborevwori, noting that her faith, humility, and compassion have remained a strong pillar for both the First Family and the people of Delta State.
According to Izeze, the First Lady’s life of service and commitment to God has translated into positive impact on society, especially in promoting family values, empathy, and care for the vulnerable.
“As you celebrate another year of God’s blessings and mercies, it is my prayer that the glory of your latter years will be greater than the former,” he said, praying for continued good health, wisdom, and divine grace for the First Lady.
Izeze concluded by wishing Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori a joyous celebration and many more fulfilling years in service to God, family, and humanity.
