Political Watch: Comrade Akande is a Political Movement, Analysts Assert.

It is with unassuming confidence some political pundits and analysts across Constituency one asserts that Comrade Victor Akande is a huge asset and a growing political movement. These political analysts believe that Akande is best suited as the one who should represent Akoko-Edo Constituency one at the Edo State House of Assembly, EDHA especially with the clamour that the ticket should be zoned to Ward five this time around for the sake of equity and inclusive representation.

According to Taiye Ago Esq., “Comrade Victor Akande is a political movement I have known for a while now with intent to change policies and social values. His idea is to change the status quo, and in his own words, “up the ante.” This idea of ‘hopeful change’ is central to his political belief system.
Comrade Akande has a mass following in spite of his gentleman-like disposition. In my recent survey, I found out that he leads the poll among several politicians in the constituency. Several of those who were interviewed have followed his political development over the years.
Being a political movement of no mean repute, Ago said Akande has impacted lives in his usual way even when he has never held any political office. He was able to mobilize personal resources for the actualization of the Senator Monday Okpebholo’s mandate in 2024 where he came out victorious. His unmatched service to the All Progressives Congress, APC, has always been a talking point of loyalty to party development, and has done this without blemishes. This uncommon attribute is part of why he is a political movement he is today. He is taken as a ‘person of political interest’ by so many people in Constituency one.
Although Mr. Ojo Sanni posited that Comrade Victor Akande might have prepared himself early in his political life in a manner prescribed by political scientists, his focused attention towards goal-getting and precision cannot be discounted from his political attitude, which is now very rare. “Listen to him speak on thematic issues, even in his subtle voice, you will understand the bravery of his focused direction,” Mr. Sanni said.
It is beyond doubt, from what I have gathered, that the majority of Akoko-Edo Constituency one will profit from this human political movement when elected. He will use both conventional and unconventional methods of service delivery to achieve his goals for the constituents. Ideally, electorates, through political parties, usually nominate their very best for electoral offices to help influence development to their respective constituencies. So it will be fitting for Comrade Akande if he goes to the EDHA to represent the people of Akoko-Edo Constituency one.
