Lady loses life after encountering man at hotel

Adeshina Olayinka, popularly known as Khadi, a popular Instagram cloth vendor in Ibadan, was found dead at Wetland Hotel in Akobo, Oyo State.

Global Times Nigeria reports that she had informed a friend about meeting a man there on a Wednesday night.

Eyewitness said the man checked out early Thursday morning, prompting the receptionist to call Olayinka for confirmation; she assured them she was resting and would leave soon.

Later, when a receptionist returned for a borrowed power bank and got no response, the manager used a spare key to find her lifeless body.

Oyo State Police command is probing the case, with a suspect in custody who claimed she complained of weakness before resting.
