The Urhobo Youth Alliance (UYA), has congratulated the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori JP on his resounding, flawless and miraculous victory at the Supreme Court held on 20th January 2024.
The Group in a Statement by her National Convener, Comr. Elijah Ovedje, Members of the National Executive Council, Local Government Area Coordinator, National Working Committee and the entire members of U.Y.A, also appreciating the Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ovie Omo-Agege for his show of statesmanship by accepting the ruling of the Apex Court.
Urhobo Youth Alliance noted that the Victory of Hon. Sheriff “was No just luck but a Fulfillment of a long time Prophecy and a confirmation of Destiny of the Executive Governor of Delta State, describing the Governor as the “Moses of our time and one who will transform Delta State from its current state to the Land Of Milk and Horny for all through His More for Deltan’s and Soft Delta Agenda”.
“What else would you call the miraculous victory of 38 cases starting from pre-election matters to post elections, with cases from within the PDP through to all Opposition Parties in the State down to the Supreme Court?
“Indeed, this is a confirmation of His Destiny and the Fulfillment Of the longtime Prophecy that One Day Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori will be Governor of Delta State
“As a Group, we are also using this opportunity to call on all the people of Delta State irrespective of their political parties to come together as one to unit and give a patriotic support to Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori led Administration because like He mentioned Earlier at the Thanks Giving on Sunday, he said “This Victory Is Not About Him But About The People Of Delta State and for future of our dear Delta State”, the statement read.
The Urhobo Youth Alliance U.Y.A also applaud the apex court for demonstrating clearly that it is indeed the last hope of the common man and will always stand firm in the defense of Democracy.
UYA also commended His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR for allowing fairness in the Judicial process and prayed to God to see him through as he continues to lead the Country aright.
Urhobo Youth Alliance U.Y.A pledged her unwavering support to Rt. Hon Elder Sheriff Oborevwori led administration which the Group strongly believe that with the victory, Deltan’s will witness the manifestation of God’s will for the State and her people.
