Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of Kogi Central District has empowered over 200 constituents with made-in-Nigeria electric vehicle, motorcycles and transformative technology training initiatives.

She has trained over 250 youths in her district with digital and technical skills including drone technology, renewable energy installation, advanced welding and fabrication, data analytics, and digital transformation.

Despite the 6 month suspension from the National Assembly, Senator Natasha remained focus and committed to her constituents, empowering citizens with technology and skills in line with Nigeria’s push for local innovation and production of electric vehicles under the “Nigeria First” policy.

Senator has expressed strong advocacy for African self-sufficiency in energy and technological innovation, emphasizing the importance of producing technologies in Africa to drive economic growth and reduce dependence on imports.
