70th Birthday: Nasarawa Speaker Celebrates Emir of Lafia, Describes Monarch as Pillar of Peace and Symbol of Unity
The Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Dr. Danladi Jatau, has congratulated the Emir of Lafia, His Royal Highness, Justice Sidi Bage Muhammad (Rtd), on the occasion of his 70th birthday, describing him as a symbol of peace, unity, and a role model in the state.
In a statement issued by his Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna, to mark the monarch’s birthday, Speaker Jatau described the Emir as an exceptional leader, a pillar of stability, and a bridge-builder whose leadership continues to inspire many.
The Speaker, while identifying with the royal father, who is also the Chairman of the Nasarawa State Traditional Council of Chiefs, called for continued prayers and support for the monarch to enable him to succeed further in his traditional leadership.
Dr. Jatau, the state’s number three citizen, joined other well-wishers in celebrating the Emir, noting that his leadership has been exceptional, impactful, and beneficial not only to Nasarawa State but to Nigeria as a whole.
